Job Description:
- Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in the operating room.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Assess patients preoperatively, implement nursing interventions during surgery, and monitor postoperative recovery.
- Maintain sterile field integrity, handle surgical instruments, and assist with surgical procedures as directed.
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records (EHR) and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
