Job Description:
- Provide compassionate and attentive care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Take and record vital signs, observe and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
- Assist with ambulation, transfers, and positioning of patients as needed.
