Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) – Brooklyn, NY
📍 Location: Brooklyn, NY
⏰ Schedule: Days | 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM | 40 Hours/Week
Rutland Nursing Home is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to lead and oversee nursing operations, ensure quality resident care, support staff development, and maintain compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily nursing operations and staff performance
- Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate care planning and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Conduct staff coaching, education, and performance management
- Oversee documentation, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives
- Build strong relationships with residents and families
Requirements:
- Active New York RN License
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Acute Care or Long-Term Care experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred:
Nurse Manager or Supervisory experience
Ventilator experience
