Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique needs, fostering a safe and supportive environment for growth and healing
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, encouraging clients to connect and support each other on their mental health journey
• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to identify presenting issues and develop personalized treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address a wide range of mental health concerns effectively
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for our clients
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in the mental health field through continuous education and professional development

Requirements:

• Valid and current Maryland state license as an LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C
• Proven experience providing individual and group counseling to diverse populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish a strong therapeutic alliance with clients and collaborate with colleagues
