Video Consultation - Teletherapy Opportunity
About the role:
We are looking for energetic, empathetic and exceptional individuals who are looking to make a difference in the lives of our polychronic members. Our Therapists are key members of our multidisciplinary care team, and are focused on overseeing and improving member care and health outcomes.
Availability:
- Weekdays: 7am - 6pm PST
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive virtual behavioral health assessments, identify treatment options, and develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide virtual consultations, crisis interventions, and safety assessments for members when escalated by the Care Team
- Document care in electronic platform according to standard process and address internal Lyn Health Care Team questions in a timely manner to promote successful transition of care
- Maintain an on-call schedule for the number of hours specified
