**Job Summary:**
As a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant at Family Medical Group, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, possess strong clinical skills, and have a passion for delivering patient-centered care.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and physical examinations.
2. Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic medical conditions, collaborating with the supervising physician as needed.
3. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop and implement treatment plans.
4. Provide patient education on preventive healthcare and wellness.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
7. Assist in the management of chronic diseases and conditions.
8. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
**Qualifications:**
1. Master's degree in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant studies (PA).
2. Current and valid state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Florida.
3. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
4. Certification from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
5. Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
8. Experience in family medicine or primary care is preferred.
