Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as:
    •   Bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting
    •   Feeding, assisting with meals
    •   Bed making, linen changes, maintaining a clean living area
  • Help with transfers, ambulation, and positioning as needed
  • Measure and record vital signs (e.g., temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) as delegated
  • Monitor and record intake and output (fluids)
  • Observe, report, and document changes in clients’ physical condition, behavior, mood, emotional status, or unusual events
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment: perform safety / environment checks, ensure hygiene, monitor for hazards
  • Assist with transport of clients within facility (under supervision)
  • Participate in or facilitate structured therapeutic or recreational activities as directed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
  • CNA Certificate
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work with individuals who have mental illness, developmental disabilities, or behavioral health challenges
  • Physical ability to perform lifting, prolonged standing, bending, pushing, or assisting in client transfers

Scheduling:

  • F/S/S 12-hour shifts days and nights OR F/S/S/M 10-hour shifts days/eve/night
