Weeks: 13
Rate: $63 Enhanced Critical Rate. NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE RATE. THIS WILL BE THE BILL RATE.
Position Details:
Location: Rome, NY
- A facility seeks an experienced MS/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) with CHARGE EXPERIENCE.
- The mandatory requirement includes Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Preferential consideration for candidates with prior travel experience.
- The role of the charge RN encompasses scheduling, nursing assignments, and staff support.
- In addition, the charge RN might assist with floor coverage when needed, without being assigned a specific patient load.
- Mandatory prerequisites involve NIH Stroke Certification, coupled with an additional 8 hours of CEUs.
- Acute care charge experience is a must for this role.
Unit Details:
- The facility accommodates a total of 27 beds.
- The nurse-patient ratio is capped at 7:1, ensuring optimal care.
- The system in use includes both McKesson and Paragon.
- Essential qualifications encompass proficient IV skills, confident handling of cardiac drips, EKG strip interpretation, and comprehensive wound care proficiency.
- Mandatory prerequisites involve NIH Stroke Certification, coupled with an additional 8 hours of CEUs.
