Collaborating Physician – Psychiatry (Georgia Licensed)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Georgia-licensed physician residing in Georgia to serve as a Collaborating Physician for a growing psychiatric practice led by a Nurse Practitioner.
Requirements:
- Must reside in Georgia
- Must hold an active, unrestricted Georgia medical license
- Psychiatric experience preferred
- Comfortable collaborating on the prescribing and management of Suboxone (buprenorphine) and benzodiazepines
- Willing to provide clinical oversight, consultation, and chart review as required by state regulations
- Flexible regarding level of involvement and chart review requirements
Practice Details:
- Outpatient psychiatric practice
- Low patient volume currently
- Expected growth to approximately 30 patients per day
- Plans to expand clinical and administrative staff in the future
- Long-term opportunity to support a growing behavioral health practice
