Collaborating Physician (Tennessee) – Remote | Low Time Commitment
Position Overview
An experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) is seeking a Tennessee-licensed Collaborating Physician for a remote, low-time-commitment collaboration to support Tennessee DEA registration renewal and regulatory compliance. This is a paperwork-only role with no routine patient care or clinical oversight responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter into a Tennessee Collaborative Practice Agreement with an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Maintain the collaborative agreement in compliance with Tennessee state requirements.
- Serve as the collaborating physician for the NP's Tennessee DEA registration renewal.
Physician Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Tennessee Medical License.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in one of the following:
Family Medicine
Internal Medicine
Emergency Medicine
Urgent Care (or equivalent primary care specialty)
Compensation
- Competitive monthly compensation (based on market rates and mutual agreement).
- 12-month collaboration agreement.
