At the Center for Intimacy, Connection and Change (CICC), we do things differently. We are a boutique, private-pay practice in Pikesville, MD, dedicated to high-level clinical work in couples therapy, sex therapy, and intimacy.
We are looking for a Full-Time Clinician (W-2) who wants to trade high-volume burnout for high-impact transformation.
Core Responsibilities:
As a Full-Time Clinician at CICC, your focus is on delivering transformative clinical work within a structured, professional framework. We handle the business logistics so you can focus on the therapy.
High-Impact Therapy: Deliver sophisticated, evidence-based individual and couples therapy (EFT, Sex Therapy, etc.) for a full-time caseload.
Hybrid Presence: Maintain a consistent and professional clinical presence, providing high-quality care both in our Pikesville office and via Telehealth.
Clinical Integrity: Maintain the highest standards of clinical documentation and ethical practice in alignment with Maryland state boards and CICC’s brand of excellence.
Radical Punctuality: Value the time of our clients and the team by being fully prepared and present for all sessions and scheduled meetings.
Responsive Communication: Ensure warm and timely communication with clients and the internal team, reflecting our commitment to connection.
Punctual Documentation: Complete clinical notes and essential administrative tasks with consistency and professionalism.
Qualifications
Full Licensure as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT or similar credential in Maryland. LGPC’s are invited to apply as well.
You have a deep interest (or training) in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), Sex Therapy, or Infidelity Recovery.
You are comfortable articulating your value in an out-of-network setting.
