Department: TECH - CT (726)

Weeks: 13

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

  • We are looking for a devoted and skilled Contract CT Technologist.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform computed tomography (CT) scans on patients as prescribed by physicians.
  • Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment to ensure image quality and safety.
  • Position and prepare patients for CT examinations, providing clear instructions.
  • Monitor patients during scans and ensure their comfort and safety.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient records and imaging data.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to obtain necessary imaging.
  • Adhere to radiation safety protocols and infection control standards.
  • Assist in the training and orientation of new staff members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized CT imaging area.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and communication throughout the process.

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a CT Technologist required.
  • Previous experience as a CT Technician preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating CT imaging equipment and software.
  • Strong knowledge of CT scanning procedures and safety measures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
