Director of Nursing - Glenside, PA
We are seeking a highly experienced and well-rounded Director of Nursing to lead our nursing department in Glenside, PA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in nursing leadership, a strong background in clinical care, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Local candidates are preferred to ensure familiarity with the community and healthcare landscape.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director role.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Local candidates preferred for familiarity with the community and healthcare network.
- Knowledgeable of nursing practices, regulations, and guidelines
Salary and Benefits:
