Job Description:
- Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department located in Atlantis, Florida
Responsibilities:
- Provide urgent and critical care to patients in the Emergency Department during night shifts.
- Assess and triage patients promptly, ensuring timely interventions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as required.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and response to emergencies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Adhere to emergency protocols, infection control measures, and hospital policies.
Basic Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- Licensure: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
Skills:
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-stress environment.
- Familiarity with emergency care protocols and equipment.
