Shift: 3 days per week

  • The Endoscopy Tech performs various direct patient care activities in the endoscopy unit under the supervision of the Physician and Registered Nurse
  • He/she will prepare procedure room for endoscopy procedures
  • He/she will assist the Physician and RN with Pre, Intra and post endoscopic patient care to provide physical and environmental support
  • He/she will also be responsible for cleaning and disinfect endoscopes and other equipment according to policy and procedures
  • The Tech must have the ability to and order supplies from central and outside vendors
  • Transport patients, prepare stretchers, take vital signs if indicated
  • Tranposrt specimens to appropriate departments


  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • CER preferred
  • CRCST certiification required
  • Ability to assists in transporting patients. Able to lift and push beds, stretchers
  • Knowledge of state and JCAHO standards required
  • 30 lb weight lift requirement
