Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and devoted Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW) to join our team. As a Licensed Therapist, you will have the opportunity to provide therapy services to a minimum of 10 to 15 patients per week. We offer flexible scheduling, including the option to conduct therapy sessions via telehealth from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Intakes: Assess new patients, gather relevant information, and establish treatment goals.
- Diagnose Patients: Utilize your clinical expertise to diagnose mental health conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide Therapy: Offer evidence-based therapy services to individuals in accordance with their treatment plans.
- Note Writing: Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including progress notes and treatment summaries.
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate with patients to develop comprehensive treatment plans and monitor progress towards therapeutic goals.
Position Type:
This is an (1099) Independent Contractor position.
Compensation:
Reimbursement is $85.00 per 53-minute therapy session.
Qualifications:
- Current and active LMFT or LCSW licensure.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in providing therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms is a plus.
