Community Physician Group is currently seeking a Post Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join its team part time (3 days/week). Established market providing Skilled Nursing coverage in 3 facilities in Missoula. Join a team comprised of one physician and two nurse practitioners. A vibrant college town that provides a great mix of larger city amenities and culture while maintaining a small-town feel. Community Medical Center is licensed as a hospital by the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services, and is accredited by The Joint Commission and the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Community Medical Center provides inpatient and outpatient services to residents of Missoula County and the surrounding area at its acute care facility and physician practices. One of only three facilities in the state offering high-risk obstetrical and neonatal intensive care, it serves as a referral center for receiving mothers and infants from throughout western Montana and Idaho and is also the only hospital in the region with a separate Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Additionally, the hospital’s Rehabilitation Center is the longest-standing and most comprehensive program of its kind in the state and is noted for its brain and spinal cord injury, stroke and orthopedic rehab programs.
