Providence Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our autonomous, patient-centered practice.

Clinical Responsibilities
As a primary care lead, you will provide comprehensive care through:
- Patient Assessment: Conducting physical exams and managing independent patient panels.
- Chronic & Acute Care: Managing conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and asthma, while treating acute injuries.
- Diagnostic Authority: Ordering and interpreting lab tests and diagnostic imaging.
- Procedures: Performing minor in-office procedures such as suturing, biopsies, and joint injections.
- Preventive Health: Delivering immunizations, screenings, and lifestyle counseling (nutrition, smoking cessation).
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Active State Medical License (or eligibility to obtain).
- Strong communication skills with a focus on long-term patient relationship building.
