Pay: $69 - $205 per hour (depending on state/payor) with favorable insurance rates and the ability to set your own private pay rates. Weekly direct deposit ensures consistent income.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations for clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with mental health disorders.
• Provide psychotherapy and medication management services to clients.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Licensed PMHNP (PMHNP Certification Preferred) in one of the following states: FL, GA, PA, CT, MA, TX, MD, DC, VA, IL, KY, OH, IN, or CA.
• Valid malpractice insurance.
• 1-3+ years of clinical experience working with clients with mental health disorders.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality mental healthcare.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
• Comfort and experience utilizing telehealth platforms for virtual appointments (optional, but a plus).
