Flexible & Remote Teletherapy Position | HI
Our goal is to make it easy to find licensed in-network therapists. We partner with providers - therapists - to serve the needs of our clients while serving as an extension of their own practice. Therapists have the flexibility and freedom to dedicate as much or as little of their time. There’s no cost to join and no ongoing monthly cost to continue seeing clients. Some of the high-level benefits are as follows:
Compensation and Benefits: Providers typically reach 90% of the desired caseload within 6 weeks of going live. We offer a fixed competitive pay rate that matches the current industry standards, and our commitment to fair compensation remains unchanged regardless of patient no-shows, late cancellations, or denied claims and a direct deposit is made every two weeks. Additionally, Health, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage are made available via our partnership with Stride.
Credentialing: We take care of the insurance credentialing process. As a preferred partner, we can get you paneled and ready to see clients in as little as 3 weeks. This includes setting up a profile and training on our EHR system.
Practice Support: We manage the administrative side of private practice, including marketing, verifying client insurance benefits, and handling the invoicing/billing process. We also have a dedicated Support team.
Provider Community: We offer a thriving provider-only online community. We also provide drop-in provider sessions three times each week for questions to address specific client needs or to help advise on career development.
Continuing Education Units: Our providers become eligible for CEU benefits after completing just one appointment. And access is free with no limit to the number of courses and CE credits.
Qualification:
Be licensed in the state of HI
Be licensed as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist.
