We are seeking compassionate and experienced Behavioral Health Clinicians to provide individual therapy sessions through our cutting-edge Telehealth platform. You’ll also have access to ongoing support from a collaborative clinical team.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $80,000 (covers up to 41 visits per 2-week pay period)

Additional Pay: $75 per patient visit hour beyond 41 visits per pay period

What You’ll Do

  • Provide virtual counseling, psychotherapy, and comprehensive mental health evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized behavioral health treatment plans
  • Perform evidence-based therapeutic interventions and track patient progress

Qualifications

  • Fully clinically licensed to practice independently in your state of residence (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent)
  • Experience using technology and digital tools for patient care
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventions
  • Licensure in multiple states is a plus

LCSW Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (CSWE accredited program)
  • Minimum 2 years of independent, post-licensure psychotherapy experience

LPC/LMHC Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling (CACREP accredited program)
  • Minimum 3 years of independent, post-licensure psychotherapy experience
