Responsibilities:
- Patient advocacy and dedication to delivering the highest quality individualized patient care
- Communicate with team members and caregivers to ensure a continuum of quality of care
- Administer IV medication, antibiotics and vitamin therapy as per physician orders and protocols
- Empathy, compassion and patience are a must
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Advanced Practice (OB/GYN)
- Current NJ RN and NP Licensure
- OB experience or experience in high-risk OB/maternal fetal medicine preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS certification, or willingness to obtain before employment
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Ability to accurately document patient information and medical history following HIPAA guidelines
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and triage skills
- Provide 3 professional references including name, job title, company, and contact information
