**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Spanish-speaking Primary Care Provider to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a primary care provider at Doral Health and Wellness, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality medical care to our community, fostering positive patient experiences, and promoting overall wellness.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop personalized care plans.

2. Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions, illnesses, and injuries.

3. Provide preventive care, health education, and promote healthy lifestyle choices.

4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.

5. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and language proficiency in Spanish.

6. Utilize electronic health records (EHR) to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

7. Stay abreast of current medical knowledge, best practices, and emerging healthcare trends.

8. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills.

**Qualifications:**

1. Medical degree from an accredited institution.

2. Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

3. Active and unrestricted medical license in NY.

4. Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.

5. Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

6. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.

7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.

8. Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
