Full job description
Seeking a Licensed Facility Administrator to oversee all aspects of our assisted living community. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to providing excellent care to our residents.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring high-quality resident care and compliance with state regulations.
- Manage budgets, payroll, staffing, and reporting to maintain efficient operations.
- Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a positive, value-driven culture.
- Ensure readiness for state surveys and implement improvements from audits and feedback.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community.
- Oversee facility safety, maintenance, and supply management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current or eligible Administrator License (must be obtained within 6 months of hire).
- LPN or RN preferred.
- Prior healthcare leadership and management experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of state compliance requirements and assisted living operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with healthcare management software.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (8:00am – 5:00pm, with flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends as needed).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,168.40 per year
