Hiring Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner | California
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality medical care to patients in our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will work independently and collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive health services, diagnose and treat illnesses, and promote wellness among diverse patient populations. Experience with NextGen Electronic Health Record (EHR) system is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history-taking and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Prescribe medications and treatments following California state guidelines and protocols.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and medical procedures.
- Provide health education and counseling to patients and families.
- Document all patient interactions and care plans accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system, with a preference for experience in NextGen.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain compliance with California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) regulations and resources.
- Stay current with advancements in healthcare practices and evidence-based medicine.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Nursing (MSN or DNP).
- Current and valid California Nurse Practitioner license and certification.
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or relevant specialty.
- Minimum of 1 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Experience with NextGen EHR system highly desired.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of California healthcare laws, regulations, and scope of practice.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
