Unit: IP-Med 2, Med 3
Start Date: 08/14/2023
Shift: Day Shift and Night Shifts are available
Weeks: 13
Rate: $55 RAPID RESPONSE RATE!
Position Details:
Location: Cooperstown, NY
Experience / Certifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience is needed.
- Previous travel experience is a requirement.
- Required certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS) and a New York RN license.
- Preferred Skill: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred.
Residency Restriction:
- Applicants should not be residents of Otsego County.
Unit Details:
- Bed Total: A combined 59 beds across both floors.
- Nurse Ratio: Maintains a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio.
- Charting System: Utilizes the EPIC charting system.
- Trauma & Teaching: Operates as a Level 1&2 trauma/teaching facility.
- Preferred Certifications: ACLS and BLS certifications are preferred.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, including 1 year in Med Surg/Tele.
- Must have experience with telemetry.
- New Travelers: Will consider highly qualified first-time travelers.
- Facility Flexibility: Possibility of shifts across different Bassett Healthcare Network facilities.
