Clinical Duties

  • Conduct physical exams and patient assessments
  • Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries
  • Manage chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, asthma)
  • Provide preventive care (immunizations, screenings, annual checkups)
  • Order and interpret lab tests and diagnostic imaging
  • Prescribe medications and monitor treatment plans
  • Perform minor in-office procedures (suturing, biopsies, joint injections)

Patient Care & Communication

  • Develop long-term patient relationships
  • Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
  • Counsel patients on lifestyle changes (nutrition, exercise, smoking cessation)
  • Coordinate care with specialists when needed

Full-time

  • Monday through Friday schedule
  • Practice autonomously with independent patient panel
  • Minimum call requirements backed by well supported nurse advice line (3 weeks as primary, 3 weeks as back-up) per year
  • Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month and robust student loan repayment program up to $120,000 available for qualifying candidates
  • Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensive benefits package and 5-6 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time
  • Shareholder track opportunity starting in Year 3 with additional perks and annual bonuses worth more than $1M over the course of a full career
  • Providence Medical Group physicians are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
  • Compensation is between $308,406 and $335,406 per year
  • Earnings potential for seasoned clinicians exceeds $400k
