Access TeleCare is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for a hybrid onsite and remote position in East Texas, offering a balanced weekday schedule with no weekends or nights.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (no weekends, no nights)
- Patient Load: Manage 8–10 inpatient beds
- Swing Bed Census: Requires visits just 2x per week
- Hybrid Flexibility: Blend of onsite and remote work with a customizable schedule
- Support: Full-time remote telemedicine physician available for supervision and collaboration

Qualification & Skills:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Experienced in independent inpatient rounding
