Hiring for Caregivers
Full job description
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Shift Caregivers to join our team. Overnight caregivers ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nighttime care, including toileting, peri-care, repositioning, and assistance with showers as needed
- Perform “check and change” rounds every two hours
- Monitor resident safety and respond promptly to needs
- Maintain a calm and restful environment
- Complete overnight cleaning, laundry, and meal prep tasks
- Secure the facility and ensure entrances remain locked
- Document care and communicate any concerns in the morning report
Qualifications:
- Caregiving experience preferred, but training provided
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to resident needs
- Able to work independently and remain alert overnight
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay: $19.28 - $20.28 an hour
