Pay rate; $90-92/hour on w2
If more than 50 miles away lodging + mileage can be reimbursed.
Schedule:
Mon/Wed: 7am-5pm
Tues/Thur: 10am-7pm
Fri: 8am-12pm
Lunch: Mon/Wed-60 min lunch at 12pm | Tue/Thu lunch at 2 PM
NOTE:
They can accept PA and MD as well.
DEA license required
Provider should be able to see 2 years & up
