Position Summary:
This position does not involve providing hands-on patient care or caregiving services.
Are you a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking for a role outside of traditional bedside or hands-on caregiving?
We are seeking professional, detail-oriented CNAs to join our PRN Quality Assurance Field Assessor team. This is a non-caregiving, non-clinical field role focused on conducting scheduled quarterly in-home assessments, quality and compliance reviews, and client satisfaction visits. Quality Assurance Field Assessors do not provide personal care, medication administration, bathing, or other direct caregiving services. Instead, they evaluate the quality of services, complete standardized assessment documentation, collect Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other quality metrics, and report findings to support ongoing quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct quarterly in-home visits with clients receiving home and community-based services.
• Complete quality assurance and compliance assessments using established tools and processes.
• Collect client feedback and satisfaction data, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) metrics.
• Verify service delivery and document observations during scheduled visits.
• Identify and report quality, compliance, safety, or service concerns through established reporting channels.
• Observe home environments and document potential risks, barriers, or unmet needs.
• Complete required assessment forms, surveys, and documentation accurately and within established timelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and all applicable policies and procedures.
Qualifications
• Current Kentucky CNA certification in good standing.
• English proficiency required; English must be the primary language used for documentation and communication.
• Bilingual candidates strongly preferred.
• Preference will be given to candidates who speak Nepali, Bhutanese/Nepali dialects, Spanish, Hindi, or other languages commonly spoken within the communities served.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable conducting interviews and collecting client feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a travel-based schedule.
• Basic computer and mobile technology proficiency required.

Schedule
• PRN position.
• Visits are generally conducted once per quarter for each assigned client.
• Flexible scheduling based on assessment volume and organizational needs.
• Local travel required throughout assigned territories.
• No hands-on patient care or caregiving responsibilities.
