Hiring Full-time LSWs and LPCs | Remote | OH
We are seeking a dedicated LCSW or LPC to join our team for a remote role. The ideal candidate will provide professional counseling services to clients, focusing on crisis management, behavioral health, and addiction counseling.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Develop treatment plans based on clients' needs
- Provide crisis intervention and support
- Supervise QMHS staff
- Complete Bio-psychosocial assessments
- Will be working 30 hours a week
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) from an accredited program
- License: LCSW or LPC in Ohio
- Experience in crisis management and intervention
- Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques
- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles
- Ability to supervise staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary:
- $60k per year for a 30 hours work week
