Job Description:
- Actively seeking RNs to Deliver vital care to seriously ill or injured patients in the ICU department.
- Performs diagnostic tests, conducting follow-up visits, monitoring patient recovery, and responding to medical emergencies.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit, monitoring and responding to their critical conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and interpret patient data, recognizing and addressing changes promptly.
- Document patient care accurately and in accordance with hospital policies.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing school
- Previous experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is highly preferred.
- FL state RN License - required
- BLS
- ACLS
- Knowledge and competency in both interventional and diagnostic procedures
