Responsibilities:

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Current State of New York LPN licensure is required.
- BLS certification is required.
- IV certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a LPN.
- Experience in long-term care (LTC) and med-surg settings required.
