Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time | Brooklyn, NY
Location: Interfaith Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Join our team as a Physical Therapist providing high-quality rehabilitative care to patients in an acute care hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver physical therapy services and monitor patient progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Educate patients and families on therapy and recovery.
- Follow hospital policies, safety, and infection control standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program.
- Active New York State Physical Therapist License and Registration.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Minimum 1 year of recent supervised Physical Therapy experience.
