Hiring Remote Fulltime Therapists in MA with upto $91000
Provide evidence-based therapy to diverse clients through telehealth, offering individualized treatment and supporting patient recovery. Looking for both 1099 and W2 employees.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy via telehealth.
- Conduct assessments, intakes, counseling, referrals, and interventions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
Qualifications:
- Active LICSW, LMFT or LMHC in Massachusetts.
- 1+ year of psychotherapy experience with evidence-based treatments.
- Proficiency in EMR documentation and treatment planning.
- Reliable computer, webcam, internet connection, and private workspace.
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Earnings: Up to $91,000 (including performance rewards).
