Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Telemetry team in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
As an integral member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and providing care for patients in the Telemetry unit during the night shift.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and assess patients' vital signs, telemetry data, and overall health status.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Utilize critical thinking skills to respond to emergent situations promptly and efficiently.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Document patient care activities accurately and comprehensively in electronic health records.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Prior experience in Telemetry telemetry or progressive care is preferred.
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Successful completion of a Telemetry Nursing Course.
Knowledge of telemetry monitoring systems and interpretation of cardiac rhythms.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
