Immediate Hiring Full Time Primary Care Physician in PA

Job Description:

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our established Primary Care practice in Eastwick, Southwest Philadelphia. This is a full-time, outpatient-only position that focuses on caring for patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages.
• Manage a traditional outpatient practice with no hospital rounding or nursing home visits.
• Maintain a manageable patient volume of 15–20 patients per day.
• Work collaboratively with a clinical wraparound support team under an ACO model.
• Utilize EPIC EMR to manage patient care and documentation.
• Participate in a shared call rotation (no weekends).

Qualifications:

• Board Certification or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Valid Pennsylvania medical license or willingness to obtain.
• DEA certification or eligibility to obtain.
• Clean malpractice history.
• Experience providing care for patients across the lifespan (pediatrics to geriatrics).
• New graduates within 5 years of training are welcome to apply.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $265,000 plus incentive opportunities.
