In-Person Opportunity for a PMHNP in West Virginia
We are seeking an In-Person Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our partner hospital in West Virginia. Our partner hospital includes 34 geriatric beds, 20 adult beds, and 10 pediatric ICU beds, providing comprehensive psychiatric care across multiple patient populations. This role offers a structured Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities to collaborate closely with the treatment team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Rounds & Consultations: Conduct rounds, manage initial assessments, and follow-ups for approximately 14 patients per day.
- Treatment Team Meetings: Attend daily treatment team meetings from 8:30 AM – 9:15 AM, followed by patient rounds.
- Emergency Consults: Respond to ED consults and admissions as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of inpatient PMHNP experience required.
- License: Active West Virginia PMHNP license required.
Schedule & Work Setup:
