DirectShifts is looking for experienced, independently licensed therapists to join a flexible, fully remote telehealth opportunity. If you're passionate about meaningful patient care and want to build your practice without the pressure of finding your own clients, we'd love to hear from you.

Are you eligible?
Please review these requirements before applying.
Independent licensure — REQUIRED
- Active, unrestricted U.S. independent clinical license REQUIRED.
- Eligible licenses may include LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent, as applicable.
- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure psychotherapy experience.
- Experience providing psychotherapy independently.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Education — Required accreditation
Your master's degree must be from a qualifying program meeting the applicable accreditation requirement:
- Clinical Mental Health Counseling — CACREP
- Social Work — CSWE
- Marriage & Family Therapy — COAMFTE
Degrees from programs that do not meet these accreditation requirements may not qualify for this opportunity.

Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

- Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.
