Interventional Cardiology Needed in Northwest Arizona

Valley View Medical Center is looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible interventional cardiologist to join well-established group in northwestern Arizona. Practice a full complement of cardiology including IABP placement, cardiac catheterization, PTCA and intracoronary stent placement. The hospital will offer a competitive financial package, including income guarantee, sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. This replacement position should quickly develop a busy practice with an ample number of welcoming primary care physicians to support a good referral base. The area is a retirement community, with a larger primary and secondary service area. This position can consider J-1 visa candidates. The location is a wonderful place to live and practice medicine.

Opened in 2005, Valley View Medical Center offers a full complement of community and regional referral services in all of the major medical disciplines, with a medical staff that represents a broad cross section of specialty areas. The main campus is anchored by an 84-bed, state-of-the-art acute care facility, with all-private patient rooms, six major operating rooms, two minor procedure rooms and a modern, high-tech cardiac catheterization unit. Two medical office buildings adjoin the acute care facility, and services are also offered at two offsite offices.
