Job Description:
- Hiring ED RNs to become an integral part of our Telemetry team within the dynamic Emergency Department.
- This role presents a distinctive chance to deliver sophisticated monitoring and specialized care for patients in urgent and critical situations necessitating telemetry services.
Responsibilities:
- Implement telemetry monitoring in the Emergency Department, ensuring real-time assessment and response to critical patient conditions.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the Emergency Department team to deliver prompt and efficient patient care.
- Monitor and analyze cardiac rhythms, swiftly identifying and responding to emergent situations.
- Administer medications and treatments as part of the emergency care plan.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an ER setting is preferred
- Active RN license in the State of Florida, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
- Valid state certification as a registered nurse.
- Current certifications in ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering effective collaboration within the healthcare team.
