Pay Rate - $65 - $70hr

(Due to CA state laws; 4 hours of each 12 hour shift is paid 1.5x your hourly rate)

Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for the provision of total patient care to a specific group of patients utilizing the nursing process 
  • Is responsible for the coordination of services provided by other members of the health care team within the guidelines of hospital policy and procedures
  • May have to act in a charge nurse capacity and as such directs and supervises nursing care within a specific assigned unit in the absence of and in conjunction with the Nurse Manager
  • Should identify and correct nursing service problems and maintain patient care in accordance with hospital policy and regulatory agencies while effectively utilizing the chain of command

Requirements:

  • One (1) year and six (6) months experience in acute care nursing preferred
  • ACLS, BLS California Registered Nurse (RN) License
