***$500 Sign on Bonus***
Pay Rate - $910 - $1,050/Shift
(Due to CA state laws; 4 hours of each 12 hour shift is paid 1.5x your hourly rate)
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for the provision of total patient care to a specific group of patients utilizing the nursing process
- Is responsible for the coordination of services provided by other members of the health care team within the guidelines of hospital policy and procedures
- May have to act in a charge nurse capacity and as such directs and supervises nursing care within a specific assigned unit in the absence of and in conjunction with the Nurse Manager
- Should identify and correct nursing service problems and maintain patient care in accordance with hospital policy and regulatory agencies while effectively utilizing the chain of command
Requirements:
- One (1) year and six (6) months experience in acute care nursing preferred
- California Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification required
