Role Overview:

We are seeking a fully licensed, highly skilled clinician to join our growing behavioral health team. This position is currently structured as a contract-to-hire role, with the explicit goal of transitioning into a permanent, full-time position within our office practice as we finalize our transition to a Licensed Behavioral Health Center (LBHC).

Mission & Philosophy:

Our practice is dedicated to the critical mission of family preservation—specifically, providing intensive clinical support to divert families from entering the foster care system. We believe that clinical outcomes are achieved through connection and safety. A core, non-negotiable requirement for this role is an attachment-based clinical orientation. We are looking for a clinician who understands that therapeutic work is relational and who can effectively apply attachment theory to stabilize children and families in home and school environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level clinical therapy in diverse settings (in-home and in-school) to children and families at risk of out-of-home placement.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize family stabilization and attachment security.
  • Maintain rigorous clinical documentation that reflects evidence-based, time-limited interventions rather than passive observation.
  • Collaborate with school personnel and community stakeholders to create a cohesive support system for the child.
  • Transition into office-based clinical care as the practice expands and LBHC status is finalized.

Requirements:

  • Licensure: Must be fully licensed (e.g., LICSW, LPC, LMFT or equivalent) in the state.
  • Orientation: Deep fluency in attachment-based therapeutic models.
  • Mobility: Ability to perform in-home and school-based visits within the community.
  • Character: A proactive clinician who values clinical excellence, ethical boundaries, and the development of a supportive team culture.

Why Join Us?

Mentorship-Driven Environment: This is not a "churn-and-burn" agency. You will be working under the supervision of a clinical leader who prioritizes your professional growth. We don't believe in high case loads and we offer competitive pay and in-house support to reflect that.

Path to Growth: We are currently in a growth phase. This role offers a clear trajectory to move from community-based outreach into a permanent, full-time office-based clinical lead position.

Impact: You will be on the front lines of a vital mission, providing the direct, meaningful intervention that keeps families together.
