Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual counseling sessions via a secure telehealth platform
- Provide evidence-based, solution-focused therapy for individuals with mild to moderate behavioral health concerns
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with professional and organizational standards
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a high-quality patient experience
- Adhere to all ethical, legal, and HIPAA compliance requirements
Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted independent license: LPC, LPCC, LMFT, LCSW (or state equivalent)
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
- Minimum two years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Prior telehealth experience strongly preferred
- Multiple state licenses highly desirable
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable conducting video-based sessions
