Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) - Glenside, PA
We are seeking an educated and energetic Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) with a few years of experience to lead our nursing home facility in Glenside, PA. The ideal candidate will be licensed in Pennsylvania and have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to our residents.
Qualifications:
- Licensed and currently registered to practice as a Professional Nurse in Pennsylvania State
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a nursing home administration role.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach to leadership and resident care.
Salary and Benefits: - Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $200,000, based on experience.
