Job Description
Hiring full time or part time LPNs ( all shifts are open - Days & Nights) who will join our team.
The successful candidate will perform the functions of LPN to ensure resident/patient care safety and satisfaction. He/She will assume the role of charge nurse responsibilities as assigned and report to the Registered Nurse/CCM in charge.
Skills & Requirements
- Valid NYS LPN license
- Previous experience working with geriatric population.
- Graduate of an approved program in practical nursing.
- BCLS and IV certification required.
- OMIG, OIG, SAM, Chauncey required
- Requires every other weekend commitment.
