Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide individual, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with clients to achieve their goals in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
• Provide therapy sessions (in-person and/or Telehealth) for diverse populations.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organisational standards.
• Collaborate with other professionals and participate in case consultations.
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active Illinois licensure (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, or mindfulness-based interventions.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and Telehealth platforms.
