Responsibilities:
- Provide medical and surgical nursing care to patients
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and assess patients’ conditions and report any changes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-hospital care
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Current State of Texas LPN / LVN licensure required
- BLS certification required
- Prior experience as an LPN / LVN
- Long Term Care (LTC) and travel experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking skills and vast knowledge of disease processes and body systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
